Project:Lakehurst Past and Present displays a juxtaposition of historic photographs combined with present day environments.  Navy Lakehurst’s history includes over 50 years of airship involvement, being home to the USS Shanandoah, USS Los Angles and the USS Akron.  This photography project celebrates the spectacular and exciting imagery brought from these ‘whales of the sky.’
